Where shifting mental health through the art of poetry and spoken word has brought Artists and Professionals together from all over Connecticut.
The evening will take place at Connecticut's Best New Restaurant 29 Markle Ct. Expect an uplifting and transformative evening centered around the future of evolution, social change, mental health, and well-being as we embrace the energy of the new year, 2026. We are taking a futuristic approach to creativity, healing, and community building. This event will be a safe space for individuals to explore their mental well-being through an engaging Q&A session, an open mic for sharing storiesโฆ
